Our dispositions against COVID-19

We have been doing 98% of our bookings online for the last 15 years , so it won’t make much of a difference for you and us.
Our agents are at your disposition by phone, WhatsApp and email.

About the properties

  • It is required from all our landlords that a minimum of 48 hours safe period is respected between the departure and the arrival of any tenants.
  • All properties are required to be unvisited 24h before the arrival of a tenant.
  • All properties are inspected before and after your arrival and departure by a Virtual Campus representative.

Booking process

Meetings being a non-negligible vector of unwanted propagation we have to inform you that we will not provide meetings nor visits, and we will operate solely online (WhatsApp, videocall, email).

On your arrival

Our staff will be visiting and inspecting on your behalf your property 24 to 48 hours before your arrival.
She will illustrate the inspection with photo and video of the property you rented.

Inspection photos and videos of the property you rented will be stored in your Student Safe House >inspection>IN (SSH, Secured Online shared folders)
You will receive a link to this secured folder as soon as the rental is fully validated

Get your keys

We have a digital outdoor key safe, 30 meters from INSEAD campus. Our agent will give you, closer to your arrival date, all the details on how to find it, to open it as well as directions to get to your rented housing

Inspection contribution

Following 7 days after your arrival, feel free to add any pictures that would display a condition you feel you need to bring to our attention.
Past 7 days, we will consider the inspection closed and bonded to the images available on the SSH.
These images will be used as references in your exit inspection

Our online procedure includes

We provide

  • Emails: Recommendations, More images
  • Signatures: All signatures (contract, attestation etc…) to be done remotely using Yousign
  • Payments: All payments to be done using online methods (bank transfers and/or PayPal)
  • · Our staff will be visiting and inspecting on your behalf your property 24 to 48 hours before your arrival.
    She will illustrate the inspection with photo and video of the property you rented.
  • Inspection photos and videos of the property you rented will be stored in your Student Safe House >inspection>IN (SSH, Secured Online shared folders)
    You will receive a link to this secured folder as soon as the rental is fully validated

If you are leaving

As we are not able to assist you, we will require your contribution.
Please take all pictures you need to display the condition of the place you have rented
Our staff will be visiting your property and inspecting on your behalf your property 24 to 48 hours after your departure.
they will illustrate the inspection with photos and videos of the property you rented and add them to your SSH. If this is not possible, please send them to us by email.
Staff exit inspection photo and video of the property you rented will be stored in your Student Safe House >inspection>OUT (SSH, Secured Online shared folders)

Leave your keys

Closer to your departure date, our agent will give you all the details on where to leave your keys.

About your security deposit

The COVID-19 has no impact on the security deposit return. Our standard procedure is fully operational
