No guarantee for unpaid rent
We do not take any responsibility nor guarantees for unpaid rent. All contract agreements will be between the tenant and the landlord. As the deposit will go directly to the owner, so will the monthly rent be paid directly to the landlord.
This fee includes the handling of your administration, reservation fee, liaising with your future landlord in the preparations ready for your arrival and any extra information or help you may need.
Once the reservation form has been signed, and the deposit has been made to your landlord, the service fee is due to city-junction.
